Return & Exchange Policy

Return policy for products purchased as-is without modifications:

Products purchased without modifications are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. All products must still be completely intact for a refund to be issued.

Return policy for custom BASKETS and SEASONAL items:

​

Due to the nature of our custom goods and exclusive limited-edition products, these items are final sale and nonrefundable, unless the mistake is on behalf of Finance Powerhouse.

Rare but possible, if Finance Powerhouse makes a mistake in the production of your order, then the item will either be reproduced, or a full refund will be issued. In some cases, the item can be kept, but if the item requires a return, then Finance Powerhouse will cover the shipping costs and email a return shipping label to the customer.
